Account Manager

Responsibilities:
— Provide excellent service to our clients in all terms.
— Get to know assigned partners, their business, websites, understand their players’ preferences and promotion strategy and adjust your efforts accordingly.
— Build long-term relationships with all partners.
— Get to know our product and added services like promo tool and FS logics, games roadmap etc.
— Dive deep into analytics and study the statistics of your clients, markets, know the best performing games, clients and look for patterns and opportunities.
— Supply all necessary information to the Clients about our products in a timely manner.
— Handle promotional strategy and arrange promo activities with the Clients, strive for maximum visibility and exposure of our games on the Client websites’, try to establish long-term placements, commitments, arrangements for our games.
— Communicate with your partners frequently, by means of calls, in-person meetings, attend industry expos and travel to partners offices to grow the partnerships.
— Be available in client communication channels during business hours, of course, but also be ready to answer beyond those.
— Be ready to cover for extra areas closely related to your main area of responsibility.
— Train future colleagues in Account Management team.
— Participate in improving and documenting the team’s processes and files, keep up the order and transparency within the team workspace.
— Work closely with Technical, Legal, Finance and Product teams.
— Deliver feedback from clients / industry minds internally.
— Be keen on researching and exploring opportunities to grow our business in terms of games offering, new promotional opportunities etc.
— Always report on any crucial or urgent matters ASAP, be ready to make decisions and take responsibility in unprecedented circumstances.
