What you’ll do:

– Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and role requirements.
– Actively source candidates for open positions through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
– Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
– Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and compatibility with our company culture.
– Research market trends, competitor insights, and talent availability to provide valuable input into our hiring strategy.
– Act as a brand ambassador to engage candidates and promote our company culture and values.
– Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
– Managing the company’s candidate database.


About you:

– 1+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
– Experience in the iGaming industry.
– Familiarity with internet search engines, job boards, and professional platforms.
– Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
– At least Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
– Interest in modern recruitment trends and effective use of social media for hiring.
– Strong result-oriented mindset.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Good time management skills.
– Good negotiation skills.
