We are looking for a professional and empathetic People Partner to play a key role in supporting our team members and fostering a highly motivated and effective team!

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
— Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, Performance Reviews, and feedback systems;
— Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse employee profiles;
— Proactive and analytical approach along with empathy and reliability;
— Hands-on experience with 1-on-1 meetings, feedback sessions, and morale monitoring;
— Proven ability to build strong partnerships with team leads and managers;
— Experience in IT or iGaming companies is a plus;
— Proficiency in HR tools (e.g., PeoplePartner, BambooHR, or similar platforms)
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
Managing HR Processes:
— Organizing and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.
— Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings.
— Running mood monitoring to track team morale and engagement.
Performance Review Management:
— Organizing and coordinating all stages of the Performance Review process.
— Analyzing data from reviews and providing actionable insights.
Facilitating Feedback Sessions:
— Delivering constructive feedback to individuals and teams.
— Supporting initiatives aimed at boosting employee productivity and satisfaction.
Supporting Team member Development:
— Assisting Team Leads in creating individual development plans (PDPs).
— Helping with goal setting and roadmap development for personal and professional growth.
