What we’re looking for:

―5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the iGaming or game development industry

― Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction in branding, UI design, typography, and promotional materials

― Understanding of artistic storytelling in promo materials (we don’t just do standard marketing banners—we craft visual hooks!)

Will be a plus:

― Experience leading a design team or mentoring junior designers

― Slot game or mobile game experience, including understanding of rendering standards and final polish

― Hand-drawing experience, with the ability to finalize 3D-styled logos and paint VFX elements when needed

Your future responsibilities:

― Define and lead the creative direction of UI, branding, typography, and promotional assets

— Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables

― Mentor and support the design team with clear, structured feedback

― Collaborate with Art Director and Product Owner to align design output with game vision

― Maintain and optimize workflow processes using Jira and Miro

― Coordinate with animation and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual presentation across platforms
