Responsibilities:

Understand the logic of drawn games to ensure that the team’s work aligns with market demands and project goals;

—  

Drive the visuals of games, suggesting solutions and ideas to improve player experience;

—  

Lead the 2D art team to deliver high-quality art for the given style and product specifications;

—  

Exchange knowledge and feedback between the internal 2D art teams;

—  

Ensure timely deliveries of the team.

Requirements:

— 5+ years leading 2D asset creation for slot games, with a portfolio showcasing a range of styles like realism, semi-realism, cartoon, and grotesque stylization, and leadership in production workflows;

— Experience in creating characters, environments, game settings, and objects;

— Ability to follow the given style and meet deadlines;

— Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop;
— Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
