KENDOO Games welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a Recruiter for the Commercial department!

The following skills are important to us:
— 5+ years of recruiting experience at an IT company or a recruitment agency;
— 2+ years of experience in filling positions for the Business Unit of a company: Business Development area (Sales / Country Managers, Assistants, Researchers, etc); Account Management area (Account and Key Account Managers, Client Success, etc.), Commercial roles overall. 
— Experience in effective cooperation directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations;
— Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve while maintaining flexibility;
— Strong oral and written communication skills, English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Interest and knowledge of recruiting trends and innovative technologies.


Your future responsibilities:
— Full Life Cycle Recruitment: manage all aspects of recruiting, ranging from sourcing the best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring strong candidate experience.
— Work with Hiring Managers on each phase and make communication updates.
— Find new external candidates to support the talent pipelines for targeted skills and functional areas.
— Provide candidate assessments that drive effective decisions at the interview.
— Track all interviews, profile information, and interview results in the company’s internal database.
— Take part in the development of a recruitment strategy and participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events.
— Extend job offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates.
