What we’re looking for:

― At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry;

― A Bachelor's or Master of Laws degree is a must;

― At least B2 level of English, including legal English proficiency;

― Basic knowledge of the AML/KYC area.

Will be a plus:

― Compliance officer certification.

Your future responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the contractual process with clients/service providers and

overseeing due diligence procedures for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

―   Drafting,   reviewing,   and revising commercial agreements,   license agreements, and other legal documents;

― Conducting legal research and analyzing potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions

operation;

―Performing due diligence (KYC) on clients and counterparties to ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements;

― Communicating and coordinating with business partners, law firms, and service providers across

various jurisdictions.
