The following skills are important to us:

— 1+ years of experience in positions like Mathematician in igaming is a must;

— Understanding of applied mathematics: probability theory and statistics, numerical methods, linear algebra, optimization;

— Ability to describe processes in detail and clearly articulate their thoughts in writing;

— Analytical approach in the process of working on problems;

— Attention to detail and generation of ideas.

Will be a plus:

— Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, interpolation methods, regression models, theory of stochastic processes, cryptography;

— Bachelor's, Master's, Masters or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics;

— Experience in any programming language (JS, C#, C++, Python).

Required Tools: PyCharm, Excel/Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins.

Your future responsibilities:

— Prepare clear and detailed requirements for game balance and ensure they are accurately documented for the development team.

— Create tasks for developers, explain the requirements, and monitor the quality of their implementation to ensure the game logic aligns with the design.

— Adjust the game balance to achieve optimal performance and player engagement.

— Prepare reports and presentations to clearly communicate game balance statistics and insights to the Product team.

— Test gameplay solutions and introduce new hypotheses aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the games.

— Create and maintain technical documentation that meets compliance and regulatory requirements.
