Responsibilities: 

— Prepare clear and detailed requirements for game balance and ensure they are accurately documented for the development team.

— Create tasks for developers, explain the requirements, and monitor the quality of their implementation to ensure the game logic aligns with the design.

— Adjust the game balance to achieve optimal performance and player engagement.

— Prepare reports and presentations to clearly communicate game balance statistics and insights to the Product team.

— Test gameplay solutions and introduce new hypotheses aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the games.

— Create and maintain technical documentation that meets compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: 

— 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in slots.

— Basic knowledge regarding math probability theory. 

— Deep understanding of game mechanics and game trends. 

— Knowledge about game development workflow, understanding of the role of the different departments (art, dev, math). 

— Ability to analyze game KPI's and statistics.

Will be a plus: Any programming language (JS, C#, C++, Python).

Required Tools: PyCharm, Excel/Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins.
