Account Manager
1. Portfolio ownership:
— Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key strategic operators across priority markets
— Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial, operational, and performance-related matters
2. Revenue growth and performance optimization:
— Monitor and drive performance across key KPIs, including GGR, bets, active players, and average bet
— Identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue through:
a) Game positioning
b) Bet and Exposure optimization
c) Feature adoption and configuration
— Proactively analyze and address underperformance projects
3. Promotion strategy and execution
— Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the product promo manager and BI analyst
— Adapt promotional approaches to client-specific requirements and technical setups
— Ensure effective budget allocation and track ROI of campaigns
4. Game launch strategy
— Coordinate and manage game releases to maximize impact across partners
— Align launch strategies with operators
— Drive visibility for both new releases and existing titles
5. Cross-functional collaboration
— Work closely with internal teams (Integration, product, BI, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance)
— Act as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders
6. Client advisory
— Provide partners with insights and recommendations on industry trends, games performance, and optimization opportunities
7. Onboarding of new customers
— Support onboarding of new partners in collaboration with Sales and Integration departments when required
Requirements:
— Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role on the B2B side in igaming sphere;
—
data analysis;
— experience working with BI tools (not a must but ideally);
— experience in game performance optimization;
— understanding of the promo tools (tournaments, free spins, drops);
— understanding of key indicators like RTP, volatility;
— experience creating client-facing presentations;
— basic understanding of the slot mechanics, features.
