Key Responsibilities:
— Internal Events Management: Plan, organize, and execute internal events that align with the company culture and values, fostering team spirit and employee engagement.
— Merch Coordination: Develop and manage branded merchandise initiatives to enhance the sense of belonging and promote our company’s identity.
— Employee Engagement Activities: Initiate and oversee internal activities that contribute to a motivated, collaborative team environment.
— Internal Communications: Create compelling internal communication materials in English to ensure alignment with the company’s tone and messaging.
— Culture Advocacy: Act as a champion of the company’s values, helping to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications and Skills:
— Proven experience in employer branding, internal communications, or event management minimum 1 year experience.
— Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Creative mindset with a knack for designing engaging employee experiences.
— Ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines with great attention to detail.
— Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
