Responsibilities:
— Research the market and competitors, make SWOT analysis, and make sure our Promo Tool is commercially and Product-wise successful;
— Understand the needs of the Product and the main Stakeholders;
— Build a Product Roadmap for the Promo Tool;
— Work closely with Marketing, Integrations, and other teams along the way;
— Work closely with the Account Management (AM) Team - the main Stakeholder;
— Generate ideas for Promo Campaigns, test them through AM Team, analyse and present Reports, this is an ongoing process;
— Provide reports regularly - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly on the pros and cons of the campaigns;
— Get feedback from AM Team and the Clients;
— Lead the vision for the Promo Tool as a Product and align with the stakeholders' input;
— Create the documentation on Promo Tool as a Product and keep it updated;
— Create User Manuals, Presentations, and Promo Materials for the AM Team and the Clients;
— Learn the Product and explore all its possibilities, suggest developing new features if needed, supporting such ideas with evidence, concepts etc;
— Communicate with the Clients if needed.

Requirements:
— Product Management experience 2+ years;
— Understanding of iGaming industry and work experience on a Platform/Aggregator’s and/or Operator’s side;
— Understanding of Local and Network tournaments and other promo possibilities with games;
— Working with Promo tools and setting up different promo campaigns;
— Market Research and User Research skills;
— Know how to do SWOT and other analysis types;
— Documentation, Release management, Product Roadmap creating skills;
— Working with analytics, deep diving into numbers, and knowing how to read through data for making Product decisions;
— Strong Communication skills and being a team player.
